Transparent, cumulative case research
The program distinguishes a research longlist from completed, reviewed and published cases. A shared schema makes evidence, progress and gaps visible.
500–200–100 research system
A dynamic observation pool feeds an annual longlist of independent globalization subjects. Structured research, deep research, fact-checking and expert review then support an annual publication target of 100 cases.
Group and brand deduplication
One group normally occupies one annual research seat. Separate seats require at least two forms of operational independence and an explicit decision and reason.

Research considers brand strategy, communication, identity, localization, social and e-commerce presence, governance, climate, supply chains, labor and human rights, safety, privacy, AI ethics, local employment, disclosure, controversies and remediation.
Research layers
Every company can have a structured dossier. A deep research narrative appears only when source material is available and structured; missing material is never inferred.
Research status
Longlist record; deep research has not been completed.
A normalized basic profile is available.
A prior deep draft is known but its source file awaits synchronization.
Available source text has been mapped into the schema; this is not the same as publication.
Subsequent verification, review and public release stages.
Data principles
- One stable case ID and slug across languages and annual programs.
- Original judgments and narratives are preserved during schema upgrades.
- Sources, cutoff dates and verification status remain explicit gaps until confirmed.
